Our Story
Hearts Ahead was founded by a team of experienced paramedics who saw a gap in the market for high-quality, practical first aid and NDIS training delivered by people who have actually used these skills in real emergencies.
After years of responding to emergencies where basic first aid knowledge could have made a critical difference, we knew we had to do something. We wanted to share our real-world experience with workplaces, schools, support workers, and everyday people.
What started as a small local training provider has grown into a trusted name across the region. We're proud to remain locally owned and operated, delivering training that's not just about ticking compliance boxes—it's about genuinely preparing people to respond when it matters most.
